The Axis of Evil was Iraq, Iran and the
DPRK. Soon after his speech he started making a case to invade one of
the Axis of Evil, Iraq. He promised us the the next 9/11 would come
in the form of a MUSHROOM cloud. He used propaganda to convince the
simple minded and the uninformed that Saddam had ties to 9/11 and
bin Laden. Knowing full well that neither was true.
In March 2003 he invades Iraq and WMD
were never found at least not the ones he promised us. Just old out
dated WMD that Reagan and Rumsfeld sold Saddam in the 1980s.
Now let me ask you. What would you do
if a megalomaniac called you part of the Axis of Evil and vowed to
rid the planet of evil then set about deposing one of the Axis?
Look at this way. The biggest bully on
the block tells you that he is going to kick your and two of your
neighbors butts then does kick one of your neighbors butts. What
would you do? That's right you get the biggest stick you can find or
even a gun to defend yourself.
Before 2002 and 2003 Iran and the DPRK
had been honoring their nuclear agreements with the international
community.
In 2006 the DPRK went nuclear and the
GOP controlled congress and the conservative media said nothing.
Mostly because they knew there was nothing Dubya or any one could do
to stop the DPRK and second they knew the Dullard in Chief instigated
the whole process.
Now it's 2015 and radical right wing
Congressmen seek to undermine Barack Obama in his attempts to get the
world back on an even keel. They let the leader of a foreign nation
speak in the most holy of chambers of American government in an
attempt to discredit Barack Obama and the peace process. Committing
what was technically high treason and what used to be considered an
act of war by Bibi interfering with the inner workings of the US
Government.
Now we have an actual threat from the
DPRK because Kim is full on nuts and if he was dieing wouldn't
hesitate to take a few million with him. Iran on the other hand has
no intentions of ever using a nuke because they are not suicidal and
do not want to become a sheet of glass.
It is way to late to work with the DPRK
on the "no nukes" deal but Iran is willing to work with the
world.
