You make up 4% of the global population yet you export 30% of the worlds weapons.
You make up 4% of the global population yet you spend more money on your military than the next NINE countries combined. You make up 30% of the entire worlds military budget.
You make up 4% of the global population yet you generate 30% of the world’s garbage.
American consumers rank last of the worlds top 17 developed countries in regard to sustainable behavior. Less than 2% of the total waste stream in the United States is recycled.
Time to give back what you have taken from the rest of the world.
