To do that they would have to change its party platform. If the GOP changed its party platform it would loose its base.
It's the GOP base that is Anti Immigrant, Anti Woman's Rights, Anti Civil Rights, Anti LGBT Rights and Xenophobic.
So until the GOP base changes and we all know that will never happen, the GOP is doomed to gerrymandering, voter fraud, voter intimidation and voting rights suppression to win elections.
